Located at a peninsula site in the Pacific island country Vanuatu, the project aims to create an ultimate retreat for visitors from around the world to escape from the hustle and bustle of big cities they belong. Inspired by the etymological origin of the word paradise - pairidaēza meaning ‘’a wall enclosing a garden or orchard’’, instead of individual houses the resort is designed as a wall of life where visitors are staying inside their destinated rooms. Surrounded by the loop of wall is a giant private garden shared by all the people within the resort in which various leisure facilities and restaurants can be enjoyed. Towards the waterfront is a tower which works both as a watchtower and focal point of the resort as well as  a tsunami escape in case of emergency.
